Remove the need for VPN to access your SAAS Solution

  • As a Telstra Staff Member using an SOE device and I am on a customer site, I want to be able to access Salesforce using my Account-01 Identity without connecting to the VPN, so that I have a simplified login process and focus on serving our customers.
  • As a Telstra Staff Member using a non-SOE device (i.e. Surface Pro or other BYOD) and I am on a customer site, I want to be able to Sign on to Salesforce using my Account-01 Identity without connecting to the VPN, so that I have a simplified login process and focus on serving our customers.
  • As an Acquisition Staff Member using a non-SOE device which is not-managed by the Telstra Intune instance and I am in my M&A Office (not in a Telstra Office), I want to be able to Sign on to Salesforce using my Account-01 Identity without connecting to the VPN, so that I have a simplified login process and focus on serving our customers.
