RECORD AND TRACK PRE-SALE ACTIVITY (PRE-SOMP) PERFORMED BY GROWTH TEAM AND CTO

Can we use Phoenix to record, track and report on “Pre-Sales Activity” undertaken in CTO and the growth Team (possibly elsewhere) that is currently manually recorded and probably missed in understanding the total view of our Sales Funnel?  Perhaps consider use of the SFDC “Lead workspace” or other SFDC out of the box function or add-ons (Resource Hero?).
